Is Pathway Navigator suitable if my child is not applying yet?
Yes. Your child does not need to be in the middle of applications to benefit. Pathway Navigator can support families who are still exploring their options, preparing for future applications or already dealing with auditions, offers and decisions. Starting earlier can provide valuable time to identify gaps, build readiness and make considered choices without unnecessary pressure.
Is this audition coaching?
No. Pathway Navigator is not a programme for rehearsing monologues, polishing songs or choreographing audition material. It provides structured, impartial guidance around training pathways, college choices, readiness, applications, open days and the decisions surrounding professional performing arts training. Where specialist audition coaching would be helpful, I can identify that need, but it is not the focus of this mentorship.
Will you tell us exactly which college my child should attend?
I will not make the decision for you or push your child towards a particular institution. I will help you understand the differences between conservatoires, independent colleges and universities, identify options that appear aligned with your child’s goals and circumstances, and explain the reasoning behind those recommendations. The aim is to help your family make a well-informed decision with greater clarity.
What happens after we join?
You will begin by completing a detailed preparation questionnaire covering your child’s experience, aspirations, readiness and circumstances. I will personally review the answers, apply my PATHWAY framework and prepare a bespoke Pathway Report with tailored recommendations. We will work through the findings during your first Pathway Navigator session before moving into ongoing mentorship and agreed next steps.
